Personal data you provide to us

In short: We collect personal data that you provide to us voluntarily.

We collect data when:

• you create an alert for new job offers (email address and search preferences),
• you use a user account (if required for full access or saved searches),
• you contact us.

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive data (special categories of personal data under GDPR).

All personal data you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

In short: We process your data to provide, improve and manage the Services (IT job aggregation, alerts, filters), communicate with you in connection with alerts, ensure security and meet legal requirements.

If you are located in the EU or United Kingdom (GDPR):

We may rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent – e.g. for sending job alerts (you can withdraw consent at any time).
• Legitimate interests – e.g. ensuring security of the Services, preventing abuse, improving functionality.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes (e.g. until you unsubscribe from alerts + a short period for accounting and security needs). After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

Withdrawal of consent – at any time (does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

7. CONTROL OF “DO-NOT-TRACK” FEATURES

We currently do not respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals because no uniform technological standard exists. If a standard is adopted in the future that we must follow, we will inform you in an updated version of this privacy information.

Yes – we will update it as necessary to reflect changes in law or the Services. The “Last updated” date will be changed.
