Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JobMeta.app website and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Vivid Labs Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Hrubieszowska 31, 22-530 Mircze, Poland, NIP: 9191840200, KRS: 0001156353 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Operator”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms define the rules for using the JobMeta.app website and all related functionalities (the “Service”).
1.2. The Service is available exclusively through web browsers (no mobile application is currently offered).
1.3. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.4. The Service is intended solely for natural persons who are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
1.5. All obligations and liabilities arising from the use of the Service rest solely with the User.
2. Definitions
2.1. Service – the JobMeta.app website, which aggregates and presents IT job offers from various public and private sources, enables filtering, creating alerts about new matching offers, saving offers to a personal wishlist, and other related functionalities.
2.2. User – any natural person using the Service.
2.3. Operator – Vivid Labs Sp. z o.o., the entity managing and operating the Service.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. Certain functionalities of the Service (such as creating job alerts, saving offers to wishlist, or full access to saved preferences) require registration.
3.2. Registration is performed by providing a valid email address and creating a password or using other available authentication methods.
3.3. The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activities performed under their account.
4. Rules of Using the Service
4.1. After successful registration (where required), the User gains access to the following features:
- browsing and filtering IT job offers by category, location, technology, salary range, etc.,
- creating and managing email alerts for new matching job offers,
- saving selected job offers to a personal wishlist,
- other auxiliary functionalities improving the job search experience.
4.2. The Operator does not post job offers itself – all listings are aggregated from third-party sources (job boards, company career pages, etc.). The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure the freshness and relevance of the data, but does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or current status of any job offer.
4.3. The User may not:
- use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract job listings or other content from the Service,
- copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content of the Service without the Operator’s prior written consent,
- take any actions that could interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or infringe the rights of other Users or third parties.
4.4. The Service is provided free of charge. No payments are processed through the Service.
5. Rights and Obligations of Users
5.1. The User has the right to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose.
5.2. The User undertakes not to take any actions that could disrupt the operation of the Service or infringe the rights of third parties.
5.3. The User is obliged to comply with these Terms.
5.4. The User may at any time cease using the Service by deleting their account (where applicable). Before deleting the account, the User should be aware that all saved data (wishlist, alert settings) will be permanently removed.
6. Liability
6.1. The Operator is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the Service by Users.
6.2. The Operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend or disable the Service for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons.
6.3. The Service acts solely as an intermediary platform that aggregates and presents job offers provided by independent third parties (“Offer Providers”). The Operator does not post job offers itself, is not a party to any employment contract, and does not verify the authenticity or current availability of any offer.
6.4. The Operator exercises due diligence in aggregating and presenting job listings, but does not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness, availability, or the possibility of applying for or obtaining any position. All responsibility for the content, truthfulness, and realization of any job offer lies exclusively with the Offer Provider.
6.5. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying the conditions of any job offer before applying. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the acceptance or realization of offers from third parties, unless such liability arises directly from the Operator’s gross negligence or breach of mandatory provisions of law.
7. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
7.1. The controller of personal data is the Operator – Vivid Labs Sp. z o.o. For all matters related to personal data processing, please contact us at designer@vivids.ai.
7.2. Personal data obtained in connection with acceptance of these Terms will be processed solely for purposes related to the provision of the Service. The legal basis for processing is your consent and/or the legitimate interests of the Operator.

7.4. The User has the right to:
- access their personal data,
- request rectification of inaccurate data,
- request erasure of data (especially after withdrawal of consent),
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office – UODO).
8. Complaints Procedure
8.1. The User may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Service via email to designer@vivids.ai.
8.2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon their publication on the Service. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
9.2. Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law.
9.3. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of the Operator (Lublin, Poland).
